What is the Difference Between Atheists and Agnostics?
Atheists know there exists a god or gods but do not believe in any of them, while Agnostics claim there is no existence of such a thing. It is difficult to understand the existent of them and why they have to call themselves so yet do not believe in God. This class does not pray; they do not believe in any god, just like their counterparts. If in their knowledge, imagine there is nothing to be worshipped, it means calling themselves atheists is the way to go.
However, there is a difference in not knowing and believing as each group claim. Atheists claim to know the existence of gods but choose not to have faith in them. It is hard to trust in the actuality of what humans cannot see, hear, either feel. Another set of persons in their knowledge feels there is the non-existence of gods. A reason for not believing is because the knowledge and belief are consistent. Believing in gods is hard; hence does not mean the group despises him somewhat lacks trust to keep holding.
It is hard for non-believers to come out, agitating how the community will see them. A reason for identifying themselves as agnostics instead of coming out to be called atheists is fear. Agnostics do not go to church or have never attended the devotion since there is nothing to trust or believe concerning gods. The other category can commit by going to church nevertheless because there is no God.
Theists tend to believe in God's being and other religious beliefs yet choose to deny intentionally. Those who call themselves Christians refuse the actuality of Christian God as they keep on questioning and misquoting verses. Meaning, theists are directly opposite of all classification for not trusting; all the same, this other set turns down the creator purposely. Because of a pretentious way of knowing the ways of their creator, his presence, and what he does to them but fails to comply with rejecting everything about him, the humans are hypocrites in nature.
During the time of our forefathers, like everyone believed in the existence of gods. They offered sacrifices mostly during difficult times so that the gods could hear their cry. Everything used to happen when they faced problems. Some calamities were; droughts, which lasted longer caused deaths of animals due to lack of enough grass and water. Humans' deaths for lacking food plus water forced elders to prepare for a divine sacrifice that could see all the problems solved all because of trust.
The biggest challenge is that almost all youths lack trust in religious belief. Churches are for older adults because they have nothing to do after they retire; instead dedicate themselves to God, unlike young men and women who have no time for church services. Therefore, 75% of the population become atheists, theists, and agnostics group of individuals. It is hard to inflict some sense of being in these groups because believing in non-existence is trying. Everything owned by this humankind is through their hard work of sweating and not God-given.
Humans prioritize money for every other thing hence become a nation full of non-believers. This deliberation is the reason behind all these three practices around the globe. Living a life not aware of who controls it is not something to smile about; instead, give thanks and pray hard to continue showering blessings. It may be hard for the next generation to raise kids better because Christianity's morals and values are unremembered. A nation will be having a group of humans with no idea of gods' existence.
There is no difference between the groups as both fail to believe what they think of God or gods. A slight difference is that agnostics do/do not trust the presence of either of the two, unlike that class who have the idea of well-being end up failing to Christianity's belief. Theists know there is God yet follow others' ways, and these are the caste that will be preaching good news for nations ending up doing the opposite. It is not easy to end this as everyone is entitled to his opinion, even thinking.
