Sugar substitutes for taste

People who don't like sweets or have no sugar love are in charge. However, the love of sweets in the heart, but the fear of diabetes and weight gain does not fade. Because the sugar is behind the sweet. And the daily favorite food is tea, coffee, sorbet, dessert. Without sugar, these foods cannot be thought of at all. But many are excluding sugar from the diet because of its harmful effects. Many are turning away from the sweetness of sugar by becoming health conscious. Dissatisfaction with sugar and the taste of sweets are being stuck in a raft of questions.

Stevia is made from the leaves of the tree 'Chinigo'. What is Stevia? Stevia is an herbal plant originally from the South American region. Stevia has been used locally for a long time as an alternative to sugar in foods and drinks. Also known as Stevia Extract or Ribiana.

The main ingredient behind its sweetness is the variety of steviol glycosides (mainly stevioside and ribiodisite). Because of these ingredients, stevia is almost 4 times sweeter than ordinary sugar, but it has no effect on blood glucose levels. As a result, it is also perfectly healthy for diabetics. Its biggest feature is - it's a completely natural material, not artificial in any way.

Many have chosen artificial sweeteners, such as aspartame, sucralose, and staviozide, to prevent excess weight. The problem here is that the chemical composition of these artificial materials is different than sugar. These ingredients stimulate the taste receptor present in the tongue, thereby releasing a signal to the brain to eat sugars.

Many dietitians also say that occasionally eating little sugar in food or tea and coffee does not hurt as long as using artificial sweeteners for longer periods of time. However, those who drink at least 3-5 cups of coffee a day, try to reduce the amount of sugar slowly, at first you will have difficulty, but later you will become accustomed to sugarless tea. Purnava Limited has brought Chinigo to Bangladesh market.
