All my friends and dear elders .

There is most important thing is to maintain our health and stay fit. There are many exercises and ways to stay fit. I am telling you some points below if you can only follow them you can maintain your health. Now I will tell you some workouts and food  for elders and exercises for my friends .

1. For elders .Pls. Don't drink  immediately water after your meal. It would be harmful. Drink it after 15 minutes. Or you can drink in only 10 mins also. 

2 some simple ways for elders. Pls walk at least 500 steps before going for bed. And youngsters should be walk at least 1km. 

3. If you like lemon, then take it with water before meal . But don't take it after the meal, it will be stressful . 

4. Maintain your daily schedule . Take meal on a fix timing. Take less dinner. And more at morning . 

5. The cycling would be profitable for youngsters. But you should do cycling at least 15km everyday at morning (early morning) 

6 the most effective relaxing pose for stress. Lay down on sofa as your face will towards the roof and turn your hands to your back head and don't think only try to concentrate to your midpoint of two eyes for 1.30 mins and you will feel fresh .

7 . The most important point ,dont eat out door food . It will be oily spicy and harmy also. You will know why I say that.

8. This point is stands for DO NOT EAT JUNK FOOD AND FASTFOOD ! This type of food is really dangerous. This type of food slows down your IQ power . And makes your mind fatty. It's really harmful. 

10. Elder should take a easy to digest food.
