Sports is very important to us.It is popular among young and old people.Many people do morning exercise,jog in the morning or train in different clubd and take part in sports competitions.Other people like sports games and listen to sport news.They prefer reading intresting stories about sportsman but they dont go in for sports.

    Sports is a physical activity that tests our athietic abilities.It's kind of a physical exercisee in which we complete with the opponents society for the purpose of entertainment.Basket ball,foot ball ,cricket, volley ball , hockey are some of the most well known sports.Sports have many physical and psychological advantages on the participants as well as the viewers.They result in a better physical stamina and improved reflexes along with other advantages.

SPORTS FOR THE YOUNG STUDENTS:

The importance of sports in the life of a young student is invaluable and goes much further than a basic answer that :

 "It keeps kids off the streets"

 It does in fact keep kids off the streets but it also instills lessons that are essential in the life of a student athiete.Sports play a pivotal role in the makeup of a young athlete,especially in the middle school to high school years wher student atheletes are much more mature and mentally developed.

We all know that regular physical exercise is good for a gilr's body ,mind and spirit.But you can get your daily dose endorphins from a jog around a block.The Women's Sports Foundation has  discovered that sports offer some extra benefits for girls in addition to having fun and getting it.Research shows that girls who play sports do better in school and are more likely to graduate than those who won't .Exercise improve learning,memory and concentration , which can give active girls an advantage when it comes to the classroom.
