SONY STUN THE WORLD WITH EV PROTOTYPE VISION-S.

            At #CES2020 everyone gathered expected something about PLAY STATION, AUDIO-SYSTEM or tech reveal on camera but Sonys VISION-S an electric car prototype, came out of the box.VISION-S prototype of SONY intended to showcase its best in class automobile spare parts to the world rather than compete with Tesla or with any other electric car manufacturer.

       What Sony is showing off is the interior, the sensors, infotainment and user interface. A total of 33 sensors pepper the car inside and out, including complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) 3D ToF Sensor for(Time of Flight is a more accurate telecommunications and 3D imaging technology)camera imaging, solid-state lidar and radar. The same sort of technology Toyota and Lexus currently use for their driver-assist systems.SONY proudly calls it "Oval Sensing"

       VISION-S is not self-driving but, it has level 2+ driver assistance-advanced cruise control, can automatically change lanes and parking can be automated.SONY asserts that with software upgrades, this car can reach Level 4 or higher. To achieve this car will rely on 5G, cloud AI, and other rising technologies.

          The dashboard is a long stretch of displays, which allows the driver and passengers to interact with a customizable interface. The car uses a machine-learning algorithm to fit its riders and does smart things like adjusting the temperature if one of the passengers senses falling asleep. There is an app that can control all these features of a car.

       Sony has equipped the car with 360 reality audio using its audio-processing software. Each seat has separate speakers so each passenger can personalize their audio experience. That means you can listen to the Western song and your friend to romantic music. The car can be controlled from your phone, including summoning it from the parking lot, adjusting the cabin temperature and changing the music and so on. With 5G support, you can also have live streaming.
