Skype is the one stop solution for all online communications in both form website and app which is developed by skype technologies by which one can do video online offline callings,sms not only for just leisure but also can be used for business purposes which other video calling apps donot provide.
Now we will discuss its pros which are as follows;
The first pro is that with its simple and user friendly interface,the software offers video chat,conference calling and messaging services for users around the world and hence can be used for business calling purposes such as free web meetings,video conferencing & VoIP software which others video calling app donot provide.
The second pro is that one can record their messages online in video and can send to other people for the invitation which gives more reliable communication between two or more people and that is why it is good for business communications as businesses demand protected and reliable communications for business purposes.
Now we will discuss its cons which are as follows;
The first con is that it is restricted to foreign countries,homeland country peoples cannot use with each other for video calling and other sms purposes which are given in its list.
The second con is that there is no customer service support if any problem comes to the customer.
The third con is that the video calling quality will become lower if internet connection becomes slower and hence need 24/7 unlimited internet data.
