you peoples Believe that i peronally drink 5,6 lites of water on daily basis thats make my skin healty and my muscles are always pumpmed. so i suggest drink as much water you can that make you fit and healty.

2. Eat Pure Foods:-

i pernonally feel after the workout of 5.6 years how much you workout how much do physical activites whenever you have not clean and healty food you cant do anything. so i sugeested you to eat clean eat alot of fuits like banana,Apple, oranges these should must in your life.Dry fuits paly avital role for your heath including your physical mental and sexually heath.

Fortunately, eating pure foods, can help manage these chemicals to lessen the effect of stress on the body.

 

3. Exercise Regularly:-
