Digital Marketing is a fast-growing field with multiple job opportunities for aspirants. Many of the freshers and passed out students are learning digital marketing through online and offline courses. But the fact is in spite of huge available job opportunities, they are only available for those who are practically capable to implement their knowledge into workable solutions to the organization in deriving traffic and giving ROI in a profitable manner. This makes it a highly competitive and performance-based job role. Digital marketing itself is a performance-driven skill where you have to give results from day one. After all, it is marketing. Hence finally the business and profit in terms of more revenues always matter.

Although all the freshers are equipped with knowledge and skills they are not practically strong. A career in DIgital marketing progress in the "Learn and Do" pattern. Whatever skill you learn you have to apply practically and explore more. As technology and tools are evolving every day, one needs to have hands-on exposure to the latest and trending technologies. This is only possible when you are applying things on your own practice.

Once you are done with learning program start applying things on your own and try to learn things practically and see the actual results. This will help to gain confidence and learn to overcome many obstacles coming your way in your own way. This also gives exposure and explore many advance techniques and hacks. Also, be ready to be a life long learner so that you may keep pace with changing requirements and technologies.

Still Searching for a Job / Internship in Digital Marketing, after completing your course:

Wait! It’s easy, man.

Are you done with an online or offline Digital Marketing course?

If yes, then do this –

• Apply for an internship. Open accounts on Internshala, Indeed, FresherWorld, and LinkedIn.
• Search for internships in your city. Visit the company website, take their contact number, and call them. Fix your interview. Applying to job portals is useless. Be active.

Internships are easy to get as compared to jobs. Also, you will have less pressure, hence more freedom and guidance.

Even if you are underpaid, do it.

Once you selected, go every day to the office. Work sincerely, ask questions to your mentor. Be super active. Who knows, maybe you will get a job there after your internship?

Side by side, have your blog, write 10 blogs in your 3 months internship period. Open a Facebook page, post thrice a week. Spend your internship stipend on paid ads
.
When you are done with the internship, you will have –
• Internship Certificate
• Your Active Blog
• Facebook page with good reach.

Now, go to any Fresher DM Job Interview.

Most of the other candidates will have just course and some Google and Hubspot certifications.

You are having your Website/ Blog, Facebook/Insta Page, Youtube Channel (With an ample number of visitors/fans/subscribers), and hands-on experience in running Google and Facebook Ads, Email Campaigns and many more……….
