PROTECT YOURSELF FROM COVID-19

 

Coronavirus has spread all over the world today; This is a difficult situation for the whole world. All countries are trying to control this coronavirus; most of the states have locked themselves down so that the coronavirus can be prevented from spreading because there is no medicine for coronavirus yet. Many countries are working fast on making coronavirus medicine as soon as possible. Hopefully, coronavirus medicine will be available soon. Coronavirus will come in contact with each other in humans and spreading very fast. It thrives, and its symptoms start appearing in 1 to 14 Days. The main symptoms of this virus are high fever, dry cough, tiredness, and fatigue. Many people (about 80%) recover from the disease without needing special treatment. But many people do not improve, and they have faced a severe respiratory problem and died. The most effective method of protecting yourself from COVID-19 is cleanliness, social distancing, follow these CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) suggestions in your daily life. Which are given below:-

 

• Continuously spotless your hands with cleanser and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

• If cleanser and water are not promptly accessible, utilize a liquor based hand sanitizer with at any rate 60% liquor. Continuously wash hands with soap and water if hands are noticeably messy.

• Don't touch your eyes, nose, and mouth with dirty hands. Clean your hand with sanitizer or wash with the use of soap.

• Don't close contact with people who are sick.

• When you are sick. stay home & don't contact to other people

• Always cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash and wash your hands. Still cough or sneeze into your elbow. If you haven't tissue paper.

• If touched objects and surfaces, then Clean and disinfect frequently

• Wear face masks N-95 if it is not available, use a cloth face mask.

• Avoid traveling if you are infected from coronavirus. Otherwise, other people will also be affected by you and spreading the virus one to another.

 

The CDC recommends maintaining a distance of approximately 6 feet from others in public places since respiratory droplets produced by coughing or sneezing do not travel more than 6 feet. Always make distance

While at home, remind everyone to practice everyday preventive actions – such as washing hands and wiping down surfaces – to help reduce the risk of getting sick. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 but do not require hospitalization, you should distance to other people at home & stay in a specific "sick room" and possible and use a separate bathroom, if available. Keep a 6-foot distance from the people, stay as far apart as you can, and continue to practice good hygiene, clean yourself and wear a mask. with the help of these good habits, we will be  protective and safe from  the coronavirus
