Politics is defined as that set of activities which are related with the governance of a country,state or an area to achieve certain objectives and aims for the benefits of social as whole such as
To do social welfare
To do help to the needy person.
To provide fair justice to the people of that nation.
To provide mechanism for the proper functioning of finance for whole nation.
These aims are achieved by setting up or establishing of political parties which represents their specific group of people in that community to raise their voice in the parliament and to get their good ideas to be converted into reality by preparation of law from that ideas & its implementation . This is done by them by winning elections and become the members of parliament of that nation and passing of law by majority of voting support in the favour of that ideas for the making and implementation of it for whole nation which is then followed by the whole citizens of that nations.

Indian National Congress.
Bharatiya Janata Party
National Congress Party
Bahujan Samaj Wadi Party
Samajwadi Party
Democratic Party at America
Difference between previous's & today's politics.
During previous's politics ballot papers were used to vote during elections while in today's politics electronic machines are used to vote during elections. Previously corrupt politicians were unable to be exposed but now corrupt politicians are easily exposed due to digitalization while there are some lapses due to which some corrupt politicians are unable to be exposed. Previously people were less awared about their voting rights and voting power but now a days citizens of that nations are more awared about their voting rights and voting power.
