Pneumonia: How it is caused? What are the symptoms and treatment?

About one trillion microorganisms are found on this earth. Among them, some are useful and some are harmful. The harmful ones have pathogenic nature. If these microorganisms enter the body, they keep on multiplying.

At an early stage, the symptoms are normal, and the infection cannot be detected, but at an advanced stage the symptoms are very hard, and it may lead to death.

These microorganisms infect our body organs such as the respiratory tract, Digestive system, kidneys, and liver.

One such disease caused by microorganisms is pneumonia. Many people have lost their precious lives due to this infection.

Now the question comes,

 How is pneumonia caused?

There are three types of vectors of Pneumonia.

These vectors could be bacteria, fungus, or a virus. These three types of pathogens need different types of treatment.

Pneumonia could be either community-acquired or hospital-acquired.

In most cases, the pathogen causing pneumonia enters our body through the respiratory tract.

Our respiratory tract includes a pair of nostrils, nasal chamber, nasal cavity, pharynx, larynx, trachea, alveoli, and lungs.

This pathogen of pneumonia mainly affects our alveoli and lungs. Let's see how.

The pathogen enters our alveoli and goes under transcription and translation and keeps on multiplying. As our body gets infected, our immune system gets triggered and White blood cells reach alveoli to fight the infection. Due to this, some White blood cells get destroyed, and some pathogens are destroyed, and they together form a puss, which disables the oxygen to reach the blood.

Not only the lungs but other parts also get infected due to this infection.

This is how the pathogen of pneumonia infected a ts human body.

Now the question arises,

What are the symptoms of Pneumonia?

At an early stage, the symptoms of pneumonia cam are normal. But at an advanced stage, the symptoms are very extreme and life-threatening.

The very first symptoms of pneumonia are unstoppable and extreme coughing. Which is abnormal and different from the normal one. This is the sign that your lungs got an infection.

Another symptom is shortening of breath at an advanced stage. As the puss gets filled in the alveoli, the oxygen cannot reach the lungs, and a person experiences Collins.

Not only Collins, but the person also experiences painful breathing and painful coughing.

The next one is continuous fever, which is very extreme and is not normal.

Fatigue is another symptom of Pneumonia. As oxygen can't reach our muscles, they respire anatomically, lactic acid gets accumulated in the body and this causes muscle fatigue and causes pain in muscles.

5. Continuous headache.

Continuous headache is the symptom of pneumonia, and it is also very much extremer than the normal one.

As a result of continuous, headache, a person experiences hallucination and mental retardation.

These disease tools control your brain and infect your respiratory tract.

So these were some common symptoms of pneumonia.

Now let's talk about some treatments for pneumonia.

What are the treatments of Pneumonia?

As this disease is caused by different pathogens, the treatments are also different.

Bacterial pneumonia is caused by a bacteria called streptococcus. The person needs a treatment of antibiotics for this type of infection.

Fungal pneumonia is caused by fungal vectors such as aspergillus. In this type of infection, a person needs a treatment of antifungal injections.

Viral pneumonia could be caused by, COVID-19 virus. The patients need vaccination and other antiviral injections in this case.

If you find any such symptoms, then immediately move to the doctor and have some blood reports.

If you and your family members or your friend are suffering from this life-threatening disease, then immediately move to the doctor and follow the advice given by them.
