Overthinking and mental health

When we were kids,we don't think too much,we only believe in actions that's why whenever you see any any kid, it's hard to find him or her thinking in a room like elders.They are energetic and more positive than the elders but the question is why is this ?Many of you would have different answers to this question but in my opinion the answer to this question is that they don't think too much but it doesn't mean that they are not good observers.Here one thing is clear that observation doesn't need to over think.

      The main side effect of over thinking is  depression and anxiety.when a person thinks too much for a long period of time then a stage comes where he or she starts feeling anxious and nervous.Many doctors believe that overthinking causes negative impact on a body so in order to overcome it one should be practical in life rather than sitting and thinking all the time.So action or work  leads to positivity and overthinking leads to negativity.

How to overcome over thinking?

Here are tips that helps you to control over thinking:

1) Start writing personal dairy where you can put your thoughts cut and clear in your dairy.

2) Whether you have physical probkem or mental problem doing simple exercise and meditation is basic .Always start your day with simple workout and meditation.

3)Always have a good diet plan because bad eating habits leads to negative mindset.

4)Many of you will not agree with me but I think religion plays an important role in overcoming the habit of over thinking.Try to follow basics of your religion such that you can balance your religion and personal life.

5)Do participate in any sport as it helps you to become mentally strong.

6) Don't use mobile phone all the time .

7) Leave a well disciplined life as the discipline leads to will power.
