One of the most anticipated functions of PS5 could have been confirmed by mistake

The world of video game fans in Spain is the most expected PlayStation 5. Since it was announced there is a great desire to know all the details that will be implemented and the factors that will differentiate it from the previous model and competition. Gradually these are known, and sometimes through leaks or oversights, as in this case.

All the confirmed information about the PlayStation 5 has been compiled in this article from Hobby Consoles: PS5: Release date, games, price and features. But now it remains to be seen if the technical features that have leaked in Gamestop when announcing its subscription service are a reality. Among the advanced aspects as possible are the support for 8K TVs, AMD 8-core chipset, 3D audio, SSD storage and ... compatibility with PS4 and PlayStation VR versions.

Compatibility with the previous models is one of the great desires that fans of Sony consoles have. Although they must still wait for the company to confirm this aspect and see what happens with compatibility with PS1, PS2 and PS3, of which nothing has been said in the filtration.Since Sony is making fans suffer and there is a silence that only increases the questions, and the aspect of backward compatibility is a factor that is especially interesting.

For now, the rumours suggest that in March all the details about the PS5 are known, but that was said in February and it seems that the company will not make advances, but will give all the information about the PS5 at once, together with a more than likely list of games for this model.

Sony can only keep the finer details of the next-generation PlayStation a secret for so much longer – especially with Microsoft has officially unveiled the Xbox Series X, and a number of notable features like quick-loading games and Smart Delivery (allowing gamers to play the "best possible version" of an Xbox game, no matter the platform you upgrade to). But between the rumoured specs, likely next-gen titles, and official features we are aware of, there's plenty to keep us busy for now.
