Meditation is journey of inner self.

Meditationis the journey of our inner self, on which we have to walk alone. The power is mind is very strong, it remains awakes only when concentrat. if it is collected at a centre by meditation, it's effect will be miraculous. A wonderful world is hidden in the brain, but it can be seen only by meditation, not with instruments.

Meditation enhances our strength. Meditation awakes the features of our mind. Meditation enhances our ability to solve problems, clearity of thoughts. The voice of conscience is heard only when silent is seated in meditation. The divine of our insights get illuminated through meditation. 

Focusing  mind is meditation. meditation is state of relaxation. The Yoga teachers say-- in a calm mind and Happy state of mind, divine consciousness is embodied. Swami Vivekananda Meditated regularly  since childhood. When a person descends in to self and finds himself, than it reaches its sources and Illumines with its self.In meditation our mind is like a companion. 

There is no pilgrimage like meditation, there is no tenacity and no sacrifice like meditation. Meditation is a important part of Astang Yoga. There is some miraculous power in the mind, that is much more than the body.

Meditation is a simple and easy process. Close your eyes and meditate by sitting in any simple posture, choose any convenient time for meditation. Those who want to take advantage of meditation, should keep their food digestible, light and nutritious. During meditation don't try to stop thoughts in mind, continuous practice will reduce the number of thoughts, their quality will improve and eventually the tomb will be attained. ­

In beginning  has to practice meditation, than later it happens on itself. regular practice of meditation enhances biographical strength and immunity also.For meditation it is necessary to keep the mind stable and calm and body healthy. A person sitting with a true mind in meditation , can take advantage of self realization. 

Whenever you are free, practice listening to your breath in a calm manner, it will be very useful to do meditation. By meditation we can achieve the goal of true life. Through meditation our negativity begins to convert in to positivity. Meditation increases our mental strength also.

Through meditation many great personalities felt the divine in the deep and extrem state.­ we should practice meditation regularly to keep calm our mind.
