Maintain health by deep breathing

Existence of our life is on our breaths or in other words our life existences, till we are breathing. Every moment of our life is attached with our breath. Globally our ancient method of breathing is well appreciated.In recent time diseases are increasing so people adapted yoga for good health.

Proper breathing is mainly contributing for our good health. We can take good contity of oxygen by proper breathing. 

Secret of our Happy life is in our breaths. In Astang Yoga ( 8 laws) of yoga one is Pranayama of which direct relation is with our breaths. Prana means- breath. There is a wave in nature so is in our life also.There is a relation between body and mind , similarly there is relation between mind and soul also. Balanced wave is very much required between body, mind and soul for the good health. Balanced breath gives peace for life. 

If we pay evan a little attention to our breaths, than a lot of change happens in us.We can fill all the mechanisms of our with energy by focusing on the movement of breath. 

According to Yoga proper breathing is very important for allThe more stress we have inside, the worse our breath becomes, if the person is Happy, than his/her breath becomes slow and equal. 

If we know the correct process of breathing, we can overcome negative thoughts. Experts believe - life is the beautiful Garland of breaths. Changes happen in the moment as it changes for breath. 

We ever thought- why there are two holes in our nose -- when we take breath by left side nose then our right side mind becomes active, similarly we take breath by right side nose then our left side mind becomes active. By concentration on our breaths we feel peace inside.

For good health we should practice deep breathing. By chanting " OM" we can take deep breath easily. As you know , Yoga practice starts with " OM".

Health is wealth. Take deep breath and be Happy.
