In my opinion, the work pressure of a working woman is bigger than men. A working woman has to handle both the work of her office and home, if she has a small baby it is two times harder. But we can't ignore the work pressure of a man too, he always dreams of the well being of his family. For this, he works day and night the harder. He always tries to give a bright future to his children. A woman has to do all the work of the home and then she has to work for her office. There she does not concentrate if she has a small baby. But a working woman always proves herself to be the best in both the areas. In my opinion, the office manager must initiate some flexible working space for women, especially those who have a small child. It is the responsibility of the office manager to look after the well being of a working woman. But the fact is that is it possible if a lady who has her child will do all the works of her office remaining in her home. Only when it is urgent she has to go to the office otherwise to stay at home she will do the works- quite an interesting idea right. If both the man and the woman are couples and they have their small child. Then it makes the situation bad to worse, both of them have to do their work and in such a situation, they can not give their proper attention to their child. Generally, the couples remain far from their families for their work. That's why they often use to keep a maid to look after their child or some of their family members are called for looking after a child.
