Why We Are Detecting Many Medical Problems In Our New Generation Due To Lack Of Physical Activity?

 

Life has some stipulations which we have to obey, and if we don't, then a vast calamity is waiting for us in the future, which will gradually convert us into a state of obsolescence.

We have developed many complications in our lives which resist us to live a healthy life without any medical obstacle. There are many causes of medical issues which we are detecting in our new generation; I'll discuss one factor which we are neglecting and which has some adverse impact on our age, it is Physical Activity, it sounds a little bit trifle fact. Still, it confers a high strength to its followers, but unfortunately, it is not common in our generation, and its followers are decreasing day by day. Those who have taken many advantages from this are advertising to gain the attention of individuals upon it, but it is our lousy fortune that we are neglecting it. 

Lacking physical activity is not benign in its existence. We are not taking it seriously. It takes some time to show its baleful consequences after having some age.

Physical activities make us capable of enhancing the hidden reflexes of our bodies and our power. It maintains a person young after having an old age. It depends on us that what we are doing means what kind of activity we are doing, there are many kinds of activities like Yoga, Physical Games, Exercise, Cycling, etc...

The accusation of lacking interest in our generation's physical activities is one of the most adverse factors in our world; it'll blot out the health of individuals gradually, so in that situation, which is the accused reason?

It has many reasons that our generation had left it, but I'll only talk about one goal, which I think is a rational reason. "I'm a student, and I can make a mistake due to lack of information, but still, in my opinion, The Advancement of Technology is a concealed reason of this problem."

Explanation:

              In this period of advanced technology, everything is made for our ease. Now that one line has something in it. The invention of new things for our ease makes us idle and sluggish. If we talked about the old ages when there was no technology, how people spent their liver with hard workings! For instance: In the past generations, how they used to send messages? How did they use to travel? And now that sending a message from one place to another place is not a work of a human. Moving from one place to another is not very difficult. This makes us sluggish. We are addicted to this ease, and we don't like to use physical activities.

The people of old ages were very healthy and had a high strength as compared to the human of this age. Why? Just because they used to work hard and in those hard workings, their bodies were fully protected from infirmity. As there was no concept of technology at that time, everything was straightforward but complicated.

A human body contains many new and concealed functions that are very auxiliary to bear and defeat any attack. Still, we aren't eligible for this, just because of our absence in physical activities.

It is also very baleful for that individual who works on the computer and another kind of individuals like that, why? Just because their work is in one place, they spend the whole time sitting on a chair so that person can face obesity and another kind of fatal disease.

Solutions:

          We have to incline our minds to the physical activities by plumbing its benefits and making this a part of our routine. For this, our Government should start a campaign to aware our generation about this, in Schools, Colleges and Universities, by organizing many competitions.

It shows dangerous consequences but gradually, so that is why everyone is not paying attention!!

Cardinals of every School or Educational department must implement an educational system about physical activities and gain students' attention to this.

Modern Technology can also assist us in maintaining our health day by day. One thing you should know, the more we work, the better our health will be if you are taking help from technology to ease your exercise, which will be useful only in some conditions.
