Glycyrrhiza Glabra:
Glycyrrhizin, a major component of the drug (licorice), has been widely used to treat chronic hepatitis B in Japan.
Its effects on the secretion of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) were tested in vitro. Glycyrrhizin suppressed the HBsAg fluid and accumulated it in amounts in PLC / PRF / 5 cells.
Phyllanthus Niruri:
The aqueous extraction of the plant Phyllanthus niruri inhibits the chronic DNA polymerase of the hepatitis B virus. It binds to the surface of the hepatitis B antigen virus in vitro.
The potential anti-HBV agent, ellagic acid, was isolated from the plant drug P. niruri and its natural properties.
Phyllanthus niruri (Bhumyamalaki) had the ability to inhibit HBV polymerase by reducing episomal HBV DNA content by reducing HBV messenger RNA transcription.
Terminalia Chebula:
I have read and found that 90% of Terminalia cable ethanolic extracts are inhibited in the HBs antigen-binding assay and HBV DNA polymerase inhibition assay.
In silico analysis of strong chemicals from Terminalia chebula have been effective against the Hepatitis B virus.
In the HBs antigen-binding assay, the ethnicized ethanolic extraction of Terminalia Cheb showed a high inhibition of 60% and aqueous extraction showed a 55% inhibition, and the administration of lamivudine showed a 60% inhibition.
