Loose weight by Intermediate fasting

We are living in 21st century where people are foodie but at the same time they want to stay fit in terms of their physical appearance. Is it the only thing which should matter or health should also be considered as a part of  fitness. We are eating what ever we are getting ,whatever we want but is it healthy?is it what ur body craves for ? You will definitely find an answer to it by going for a routine checkup's.. So we are going to discuss here about the most common things which your favourite celebrities are following from a long period of time. Yes u heard it right ,we are talking about "INTERMEDIATE FASTING " .Intermediate fasting is common in film industry.. u must have heard people talking about eating at time sleeping early but we must have not gone into the core of that topic. So this is not  like your regular fasting which last till night .But here we are talking about the gap which we should maintain to have our next meal. Wait I will make it simple for u.. so u have to decide how long u can control your cravings . There are few hourly slots say for 12 hrs ,14hrs ,16hrs and maximum of 18 hrs .Now these slots starts with the last meal u had like suppose I had my dinner around 9 pm ,So now I have to start counting my hrs it can be any of the above,say I am a beginner I want to start with 12 hrs , so I will not have anything till 9 am the next morning. U can gradually make it 14,16 and then 18 hrs .So if u start doing it on a grater scale u will definitely have to skip a single meal ,which you can decide accordingly by keeping these hrs into consideration. A single cheat day can be taken once in a week  for people who are willing to loose lesser weight and for people who want to loose weight as soon as possible and there target is also bigger they can keep their cheat day after every 15 days or 2 week's. This type of fasting helps to reduce weight easily and keeps a person active without doing any exercises , although if possible try to do yoga ?‍♀️ for a better and quick result. Avoid fast food ,sugar and most importantly dairy products during this fasting. During 12,14,16 and 18hrs of fasting we can have only hot water and green tea.This fasting also helps to prevent our body from any type  of cancer, because every cell requires food for living but by attempting this kind of fasting we are killing cancer cells which are already present in our body . So we should all start with intermediate fasting and start living a healthy life.
