Intellect and empathy are the two most necessary pillars on which building of development and success is stands firmly and stably. Intellect is the faculty of reasoning and understanding especially with regard to abstract matter. A person's material power, a clever person, differently thinker, prominent political thinker is called as intellect. It can be said that brain element of a person that enables them to be aware of the world and their experiences to slink and to feel . It is the faculty of viciousness of thoughts, a lots of thoughts running through their mind.
It is an ability to acquire and apply knowledge, skills or eminent man of great intelligence. The collection of information of military or political values or any scientific mission.Intellect is the ability to learn or understand or deal with new aspects or trying situation , reason or problem. It is the skilled use of reason, the ability to aply knowledge to manipulate one's environment or to think abstractly as measured by objective criteria .
Empathy is ability to feel what other do feel in various situations. Ability to put own self in place of others who are facing any difficulties, situations and to feel their feeling. Empathy is of three types , congeniive, emotional and third is compassionate empathy . Compassionate empathy is the real empathy. Other two are just utterly and expressions only.
For happy , peaceful and development based society or organization, any great mission require these intellect and empathy polls. These can be obtained from good parantu, good teacher, good books, in absence of it devil will get success to harm the society , organisation or the nation. This message should be given to mostly children and young generation first so that they can easily recognize the devil or destructive minds of few people. Unusual flattering and wrong guidance of such people may give success to devil.
To proct the society, nation or organization both intellect and empathy must firmly joins hands .
