Insomnia: Difficult to Falling and Staying in Sleep

Insomnia is known as sleeplessness difficult to falling and staying in sleep. Now a day most placed psychological, anxiety and depressed disorder Insomnia conditions are highly observed in adults and shift workers. The famous actor Heath Ledger has suffered from insomnia in the time of The Dark Knight movie shooting. The symptoms of insomnia is typically followed daytime sleeping, low energy, depressed mood, trauma condition motor vehicle collisions is high level and also following mental stress, health condition like chronic pain, psychological stress, restless leg syndrome, menopause, and hyperthyroidism, diabetes etc.

Sleep disturbances also followed sleeping habits, sleeping timings, night shift working, night shift workers, mainly suffering from burnout syndrome, smoking, food habits especially tea coffee drinks. Alkaloids are indices of peaceful sleep in a cool drinks, tea, coffee and smoking products are contained alkaloids like tannin, caffeine, nicotine, etc. these are acting on the central nerve system and making problematic conditions in staying sleep. Special improvement of technology people is working more time under radiation and more use of electronic gadgets like mobiles and other radiation emitting devices are harmful for mental physical health. Working schedules also influence our sleep, mainly shift working people like hospitals, pharma industries, software industries peoples are attacked by these types of disturbances.

Prevention of sleep problems maintaining the proper sleep habits specially sleep timings, avoiding the most time working under radiation take care with food products and avoiding the taking alcohol and if find problem in sleeping immediately recognize the condition either it acute or chronic type of insomnia, acute insomnia is a short time sleep disorder, but chronic insomnia is a long time insomnia if you neglect the condition of chronic it become very serious immediate treatment along with the medication is required. Psychological depression and stress the taking counselling from recognized specialist and avoid all depressive conditions, finally erase the all disturbance and make you sleep easy and peaceful.
