Indian government is on a stage to put a halt on freedom of expression and hear only what is pleasent to the ears of government.It is a sad reality that freedom of expression , a basis of our democracy is being taken away ,and gone are those days where we could highly oppose anyone or show his wrong doings.
Lets take an example of Patanjali's head against Facebook, Twitter and Youtube : I.A.855/2019 have filed suits againts youtube llc, google plus , facebook inconperators and lets not forget JOHN DOE (commoners like us).
Anything posted against Patanjali or the head of the same shall be striked off and put down as we all come under John Doe and if such a practice is going to be followed or order is implemented. In rest of the world if something is un favourable lets take north korea ; North korea blocks or pulls down the comments only in NK and view it to the rest of the world .
But the harsh reality is the same shall be not only taken down from our social media sites but will also not be allowed to be viewed to anyone out of INDIA.
OUR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS ARE UNDER A THREAT AND WE SHALL GET UNDER A DICTATORSHIP LIKE NORTH KOREAA !!
Our liberty shall dissapear in smaller portions the biggest example is briteshers who came to trade but slowly started interfering and took over in the end.
ONE MUST LEARN TO OBJECT IF ANYTHING IMPOSES ON ONE"S FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTSS !!
STOP THE HARM , they might say its defamation or saddist and need an excuse or create one excuse to put down one's thoughts .
ALL WE CAN DO IS HOPE and GO AGAINST THIS ORDER , if this order is let out the whole India will go down with more such orders or judgements of courts and India will become the next NORTH KOREA.
