Indian Citizenship Amendment Bill 2019

Recently Indian Government passed citizendhip amendment bill in both upper and lower house of the parliament.

The Bill got passed with 311 votes with"YES" and 80 with"NO"

311 Votes were given by the BJP which is ruling party and the 80 were belongs to congresss and other parties.

what is citizenship  amendment bill ?

under this bill the governemnt of india has taken some decision on removing Muslims of india who have been entered india by crossing borders illlegaly after 1971 till date.

and the very important is

If the hindus, sikhs, jain, budh, parsi, those who are the resident of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nepal crossed border and enterd India illegaly can be given citizenship but not for muslims.

citizenship is giving on the basis of Religion.

this bill is totally an anti muslim bill.

The muslims of india facing lot of problems from the present government since 2014  when Bjp came to power

BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) an political party Headed by prime minister Narendra Modi follwed by Amit shaha an home minister of india.

USA has put the ban on Amit shah for taking such a religion basis action in the entire country .

Now each and every muslim of india has to proove that he is an indian citizen.

Amit shah the home mniniter of india also said that those mulsims who are residing in india before 1947 will not to worry and also said those who have entered india illegaly by crossing the borders have to worry.

but the hindus, parsi, sikhs, jain, and budh religion community if they cross border and entered india can be given citizenship but not for muslims .

Its totally an political stunt where in BJP trying to divide and rule. by divinding hindus and muslims  they are tryinng to fill there vote banks.

even Japan Prime minister cancelled his meeting with Prime minister of india narendra Modi for the action take by the government by introducing citgizenship amendment bill
