Importance of sports in our life

Sports is something which has become a important part of our life. 

Sports include maybe playing cricket , basketball , soccer , tennis , golf and various other sports. 

Playing sports provides many advantages ranging from improvement in fitness and health and also development of team spirit and feelings of accomplishment. So the important thing is you find a sport that you are interested in and stick with it .

Playing sports has also proved to be beneficial for those who are obese and are trying to lose weight. Also it is an overall workout and has proved to be the best exercise instead of gymming and other activities. 

Getting involved in a sport provides opportunities for people to see the results of their efforts . If a person is practicing very hard and see results in a short period of time , this builds the self esteem of that person. Also giving a boost to the self confidence. 

Also a sports Player learn and appreciate the importance of team work. Moreover sports is a very important part of our life as it keeps us healthy , wealthy and most importantly active, if you are not active in life you cannot achieve anything. 

Playing sports regularly have proven to improve the academic results of children and teenagers in their examination , it helps to reduce the stress levels , improving your mood and making you ditermined in achieving your goals.

The most important part of playing sports is that it helps in the development of our social and communication skills. Making you more outgoing and social. 

So to conclude this , playing sports helps you to get healthier , smarter , you will learn teamwork and sportsmanship , you will obviously make new friends,  you will learn to focus and manage your time and apart from academics you will strengthen your resume by taking part in various sports.
