Who wants to remain depressed, everyone loves a happy and stress-free life. But there are some things or things that make us sad. Sometimes, due to your diet, there is sadness on the face. Know which 5 things -

 

1)Alcohol - Even if you consider alcohol to be a companion of your happiness, but it is also a companion of gum, is it not? It directly affects your nervous system and slows down its speed, which can make you feel sad at times.Alcohols measure impact is slow down the nervous system and damage the internal immune system. Too many times it takes to hang-over and got a bad headache to became feeling sadness . 

2) Meat - Especially red meat or canned meat is very harmful in this case. These have high levels of saturated fat which changes insulin levels. Its side effects not only increase sadness but also the possibility of many serious diseases.Canned meat contain the possibilities of internal body effects, lower insulin level with increasing stress. 

3) White Bread - A research has found that excessive amount of carbohydrates present in white bread can cause depression in women. It can also cause fatigue.Some cases it's happen not in every cases. 

4)Coffee - Even though it is helpful to relieve fatigue and give energy, the caffeine in it snatches your sleep and peace, due to which you have to face mental exhaustion and finally sadness.The reason behind caffeine. 

5) Rice - Excess intake of rice can also be responsible for sadness. It contains refined carbohydrate which affects  glycemic index of the body along with making hormonal changes and feels sadness.Higher level of carbohydrate is responsible for it. 

 

These Five Measure categories are also responsible for increasing sadness. If we take these three things a little, then it can work when alcohol and coffee are completely closed.
