How Weight Loss, Fitness Motivation & Your Subconscious Pictures

The second part of the Burris MIND / FITNESS are your intelligible images. I will explain how to turn your non-visual images into beautiful images using a controlled visual practice. According to the New England Journal of Medicine, visualization is the fourth most widely used alternative medicine. Now, you will learn how to transform your existing obsessive-compulsive images that keep you from sticking to food allergies. Numerous studies have shown that the body makes little difference between explicit mental and physical experience. Your obscure pictures are only in line with the pictures of your own speech. Choosing to think in pictures may seem strange at first, but it is a powerful way to cut a conversation in your head and a real source of communication with your unconscious mind. Surprisingly, it's easy to build your own weight loss image. With regular practice you will become more at ease in the depths of your imagination. Just think of it as a reflection of constructive things. Most people do not realize that there is always a picture that fits their thoughts or expressions; the fact that they happen very quickly without you knowing it. If you did not use pictures, you would not be able to answer a simple question. Think about it. If I were to ask you: “Why did you have breakfast this morning?” You quickly repeat my question to you, which can create an image in your mind that you know nothing about what you have for breakfast. It is only after you have created this image that you are able to answer my question. You will find that your subconscious clearly articulates its images from questions rather than statements. For example, tell your body to relax. You can see that this has little or no effect. Now turn this statement into a question: What do I need to do to relax? The unconscious mind will now produce a working image. For example, you could find yourself relaxing in your favorite chair or taking a warm, comfortable bath or getting a massage. You can see the masseuse's hands gently soften the tension that arises from your body. You can feel good when your body begins to relax and feel like you are floating in the air. Now I'm sure you understand the power of perception and how to use your questions to create them. The most important picture you will ever change in your mind, regardless of the image you have about your body or how you see your image. All people with weight problems have accepted their image as obese people. Until you change this image, your unconscious mind will use this existing body image as a guide for how you should look. That’s why it’s important to change the image you have on your own before starting a weight loss program. Regardless of the weather, your health goal is to change your diet to lose weight, increase your stamina or control an eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia. Finally, the question you need to ask yourself is ... Am I completely happy with the mind running itself, or do I need to control it? Your physical health depends on your mental health, and controlling your cognitive abilities is the key to lasting behavioral change.
