It is because we have been following this law of nature for ages that we used to be largely free of diseases like stress and blood pressure apart from epidemics. Today, as staying up late at night and waking up late in the day has become the norm, the circadian clock in our brains has become out of whack. If we know the benefits of waking up early, we too can reap many benefits in harmony with nature.

• Smooth functioning of cranial nerves. The brain is active. This will increase self-confidence and enthusiasm.

• Reduces stress. What are the tasks of the day? You can easily plan what, when, where and how to complete them.

• Be able to make time for exercise. Exercising in the morning can be more engaging and perform better. Waking up early makes you feel hungry in the morning. Eating in the morning reduces obesity and diabetes. Also, between 9-10 pm sleep starts to come automatically. Due to proper sleep at night, stress and blood pressure do not occur. Metabolism is stable.

• Breathing pure oxygen in the morning strengthens the lungs. Asthma and sinus problems will not occur. Breathing exercises and yoga between 4.30 - 5.30 in the morning are beneficial for all the organs in the body.

• Waking up early in the morning helps in timely bowel movement, urination and elimination of toxins from the body. Due to smooth elimination of toxins, organs like urine, liver, colon function smoothly. Not just for physical health. Getting up early in the morning is also good for mental health.

It is said that many successful people in life have the habit of getting up early in the morning. It is believed that if you wake up early in the morning before sunrise, the day will start well. Getting up early in the morning gives you more time in the day. You can make healthy use of your time like coffee and exercise. But to wake up at 5 in the morning like this, you need to go to bed early.
