HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED ALWAYS

  At least for once, it has happened to you, when you have seen any motivational video or movie, after watching it, you must have felt really very motivated, and you have taken a decision that from now on I will do a lot of hard work and will achieve a lot in my life as soon as possible but as next day comes, your entire motivation must have gone somewhere, and again you have come to your old lazy lifestyle this is one of the biggest problem faced by many people.

 Therefore, today I will share 7 principles with you that will help you with your self-motivation. After understanding this principle hopefully, you'll learn to motivate yourself which will be beneficial for you in your entire life, so let's begin with

 1) Limiter Offer

  In any game, cricket, football & tennis, etc. A specific time limit has been provided to all the players and asked them to play and make a score in that limited time, and after the particular time, the game will be over, so player tries to give their best performance in that given time so that they can score well and can win that match. 

 Suppose, if they haven't been given a time limit, and they were asked to play as much they can and were not informed about overs and about the time limit what do you think, will that player play with the same energy, enthusiasm, and power and intensity? No Obviously Not, because if they feel that they have a lot of time, and they can play whenever they want because of these reasons their motivation and focus will start decreasing the same thing happens to us, most people live their life as if it will never go to end they feel they have a lot of time, and they can do work later, and keep on delaying their important works.

  But the reality is, we have limited time, and we have forgotten that and we are wasting our time listening to this many of you will not feel good but do understand the reality and accept it. The reason for saying this is, not to make you feel bad but to make you accept the reality and to make you understand that you have to achieve your dream and goal in this limited-time otherwise one day you will realize that you don't have time, and you can't do anything to fulfill your dream. 

  Gary Vaynerchuk is an author of 4 times Newyork bestseller books also a speaker and a big businessman, day when he was going somewhere in his car, suddenly a woman came and ask him to say her three words which can motivate her, so Gary told her "YOU WILL DIE", listening to this that women got shocked but after explaining why Gary said this, she understood meaning for that was that we need to accept that we have a very limited time and whatever goals we want to achieve in this life with full motivation, we have to start taking action for it from now onwards without wasting a single second 

2) Eyes on Prize 

  If I keep a long thick wooden stick on the ground and ask you to walk on that stick you will easily walk on that stick and cross it But if I keep that same wooden stick between two buildings on the 20th floor, and then ask you to cross that stick, then doing this would become reality hard for you, you will be afraid of doing that and there are a lot of chances that you even fall from that wooden stick Why? Because the focus is everything when that wooden stick was on the ground at that time your focus was on that particular stick and on crossing that stick, but when that same wooden stick with the same physics was kept between two buildings, your focus shifts from that stick to the fear of falling down and this shifting of focus becomes the actual reason for your falling down.

  Similarly, the reason for your lack of motivation is, instead of keeping your focus on achievement and success which you will get by doing hard work you shift it to problems worries, and failure and to negative things which eventually decreases our motivation and make us fall before crossing or completing our goals hence try to keep your focus on particular rewards and success which you will get by doing hard work and avoid focusing on failure and negative things. 

 3) Stay Hungry 

In 1977 when Arnold was trying for Hollywood after leaving his bodybuilding career, that time author got a chance to take his interview the time Arnold was not much famous and hardly people knows about him. Even the author was not much interested in taking Arnold's interview however it was his job, so he has taken Arnold interview, in an interview, the author asks a question like what's your future plan after leaving his bodybuilding career? What do you want to do next? For this Arnold replied to him very calmly and patiently while having his food, that Now I will become a huge star in Hollywood listening to this author felt like laughing, because at that time there wasn't any star or actor who was having such a huge body and at that time there was the trend of slim body actor, in fact, people don't use to like bodybuilders and directors were not interested in taking such bodybuilders in their movie. 

 So the author, hiding his smile, asked him again Ok how you will do that? How you will make your actor dream possible? again Arnold replied very calmly, the same way I fulfilled my body-building dream:) by making a vision and by thinking about it what you want to achieve taking action accordingly for it and believing that I have already achieved my goals and just now am living my dream life, the author didn't get his point, but still, the, he wrote it down and went from there after few years, where the author saw the news on television, he was in shock that Arnold second movie terminator has become a huge hit, and he has become a popular star of Hollywood and even other's actor was inspired of him and started working on their body trend of bodybuilding still exist. 

 All this thing becomes possible just because of Arnold's simple plan. And the plan was to stay Hungry, Example, You must have gone through this, when you were very hungry so hungry that you can't even think about thing else apart from food. Well if this thing has happened to you, then it's really good because this same thing you can apply for your goals and dreams means to stay hungry till you don't achieve your goal be so hungry that you can't think about anything else apart from your goals keep visualizing your goals as much as you can just like Arnold because this thing will motivate you and also help you to achieve your goals 

4) Fake it 

 In the Previous Point what the Author didn't understand about Arnold's plan, this point is clear is that you must be aware of many psychological principles which tell how self-lie can be beneficial most of the time. For example, if you feel sad, at that time if you tell yourself, no I am not sad I am feeling great I am feeling happy, and try to smile forcefully, because of this fake smile, your brain will receive a fake signal that yes you are feeling happy and in reality, you will start feeling great compare to earlier similarly if you try to make yourself believe that yes you can do it I am very much motivated and I have that courage and strength and I can and I will achieve my goals, etc. or if you fake like Arnold and make yourself believe that you are living your dream life this thing will keep you motivated and in reality, it will help you to fulfill your dreams.

 Many people say not to be fake or don't be fake, but the actual fact is, if you can get a great positive outcome by being fake, then try to fake it until and unless you don't convert your fake belief into reality There is also An English Idiom (saying), Fake it Until you make it. 

5) Sweat in Peacetime.

   There is a saying in Navy SEALs, Sweat more in normal or peacetime otherwise you have to bleed more in the time of battle what's the connection of this saying with the motivation you'll come to know very soon. Steve and Rett had learned this saying when they were kids when they used to practice baseball league, the opposite team with whom they used to practice were elder to them, and they used to throw the ball very fast throw was so fast that Steve and Rett just can't see the ball and unable to play it, and they used to lose quickly because of which their motivation related to championship started decreasing to deal with this situation, what they did, they went to their home and took their father's golf ball. 

  Golf balls are very small compared to baseballs, and started practicing with golf balls standing very near to each other. Because of this what happened difficulty level increased however golf ball was small, looking for it was quite difficult, and the ball used to come fast because they used to throw it from near, and it also swings due to regular practice what happened when the competition started playing with baseball becomes really easy for them, Steve and Rett used to find it really easy they used to play very smoothly and because of it they scored many home runs and made their team win. 

Here this story says, if we prepare ourselves for difficult situations first then handling normal situations will become really easy for us and we also be motivated because the reason for lack of motivation is the fear which is there within us if we lose or something like this, which doesn't allow us to move ahead in life and stay motivated. 

 Another example is of Dangal movie where Aamir khan makes his daughters fight with boys at the time of practice because in real competition those girls find it easy to fight with other girls and they used to win easily.

 Even Muhammad Ali used to practice with an opponent who is much stronger than the opponent he is going to fight inside the real ring because of which he used to find it easy to have a real fight with that less powerful opponent Hence even you practice difficult thing and situation first this thing will make you strong and also keep you motivated 

6. Know the buttons

  You must have seen Aeroplane Cockpit where the pilot sits and handle the plane, in that cockpit, there are different buttons that function differently. Now imagine if those pilots don't know about those buttons they don't know which button functions and works for what so you tell me will that be good news for you? will they able to fly that plane properly Similarly even we are the pilot of our life where we have a different kind of buttons or can say triggers, which impact us in different ways and keep us motivated and it is important for us to know about it. 

There can be some songs that can act as triggers that can make us feel excited and awesome and there can be some songs that can make us feel sad there can be some kinds of videos that make us feel motivated and inspire us to take action and some make us feel bad some friends motivate us in our lives and encourage us to move forward and there can be some friends who demotivate us similarly various other things make you feel different emotions in your life as trigger or buttons so what you have to do, is to find about those buttons and triggers as much as possible in short you must be aware of yourself nicely and completely like what motivates you and what makes you feel bad or demotivated. and after knowing about those buttons, use them in your life and always stay motivated.

7) Note it down(write it down)

  Author Steve has taken a seminar after that seminar gets over a person came to him with a question, and said I start doing a lot of work but I am unable to finish those tasks so what's the solution for this? What should I do, which affirmation I should use so that I can finish those tasks? So the author replied to him, that your problem will not get solved with an affirmation instead you have to make your belief system strong means the author says your belief system has become very weak. 

Because of this, it has become really very difficult for you to complete or finish any task, so the solution for this is really very simple, at the start give yourself small and simple tasks which you can complete very easily and then select any one task amongst those simple tasks and finish it and as that task gets completed note it down in your notebook do tick on that task which indicates that you have completed it similarly repeat the process for all the task which you have given yourself because of this what will happen, that your belief system will start becoming strong and this thing will make you realize that yes you are capable enough to finish anything or any work and ones this belief system becomes strong you will be able to complete any task no matter big or small.
