How To Stay Fit In LIfe

1. Exercise daily

Exercise daily for at least an hour. Do not try to kill yourself from running, jogging etc but you should do some sort of physical activity in everyday life. If you are going on a walk then so two things first walk slowly then slow little fast and after some rest do little jogging steps when u feel your heartbeat start walking. Do these basic steps for 1 week and after that, you will do it a little faster and increase it after week and it will automatically increase your endurance.                         

2. Eat The Right Foods And Protein Each Meal

I know after the headache schedule all you want a portion of delicious food but if you work in an office where you sitting all day then you need a protein meal which will help you to stay fit in your life. Eat more green vegetables and fruits which is best for your digestive system. If you love meat then eat lean meats like turkey and chicken as well as shrimps and tilapia are also great alternatives. Try to eat 6 times a day but take a small quantity of each meal which helps you to stay fit.

3. Keep Track calories And Food Intake Per Day

Always track your calories how much your calories you eat in a day will be helpful in planning out your healthy life. When you control your calories try to reduce them after a month because it helps you to reduce your weight and fat around the body. After each month you will see the result your weight start reducing and you will stay healthy and more active. 

4. Be Sure To Get Sleep

Sleep is the most important part of a healthy life. everyone should take sleep of 8-9 hours for a better healthy life and stay fit. Eat less before sleep and you see the result in the morning when you will more active than other mornings.

5. Stay Motivated

It's very important to stay motivated towards your goal and stay focus on your diet and exercise. when you motivate your self after that you motivated others. Once you achieve your goals after that you get you spirit more motivated and try to motivate others.
