How to Relax

Tention is a habit, and relaxation is also a habit, and the bad habit can be broken by a good habit. Sometimes few sentences transform our entire life a person moving towards the hell of a nervous breakdown, insomnia, and high blood pressure suddenly starts smiling with motivation and joy, the very sentences like.

" I had the blues because I had no shoes until upon the street I met a man who had no feet."

Two men looked out from the prison bars; one saw the mud while the other saw the stars.

 

We all know that our very first approach towards relaxation must be Prayers. It is something that does have too much importance. A healthy mental attitude, physically active body play an important role in a relaxing approach.

About 90% of things in our lives remain right, and only 10% of things are wrong; all we have to do is focus on 10% and ignore that 90%, then happiness will be automatically there.

Child says when I am a big boy, and the big boy says when I will be grown up and get married, but after then the thoughts changes and he says when I will be retired, but after then when he looks back he saw that he missed it all.

The majority of us tend to put off our living. We dream of some magical rose garden over the horizon instead of enjoying the roses that are already blooming in our own garden.

 

We can relax better when we see the positive side of life; we have so many examples of famous people who had so many things like power, wealth, health, and many other things. Still, finally, they said that I did not see the six happiest days in my life, while deaf and dumb people declared that. 

" I found life so beautiful."

Most of the time, the most important thing is our attitude towards circumstances; things happened, but it does not hurt us as much as our reaction towards that event. If we want to relax, then we must see the poor and ignore people far away from the basic facilities of life we must help these types of people then practically we'll see how much relaxed we feel.

 

Happiness comes from the inside. It is not totally dependent on what we have or lack, but it depends on how we think about it. We all have this experience that when we helped someone, we felt so much joy from inside, so why not make it our habit to support people by thinking about how we can help them.

If we see the medical aspects of relaxation, we'll find out that the relaxed approach is something like a treasure that affects so nicely on our bodies. It regulates our blood pressure, controls our sugar level, and even increases our sound sleep time without any sleeping pills.

So we must Pray deeply, look towards positive aspects of life, try our best to help people, and resolve their problems to make them happy then, we'll get real happiness from life.
