How to reduce stretchmarks after pregnancy, weight gain and weight loss

Stretch marks are precisely what they sound likemarks that form on your skin when it becomes  stretched. They are formally known as striae  distensae (or striae gravidarum when they  occur  during pregnancy). Your skin gets pulled taut over the newly  produced mass when your body grows and  expands  quickly. Your middle layer of skin or the underlying tissue tearing from being squeezed so tightly is what  causes stretch marks. Your skin starts to show signs of these tears. Stretch marks are not dangerous or dangerous  to your health, despite the fact that they can be  ugly and bothersome. Naturally, stretch marks are not just a result of  pregnancy. Rapid weight gain can also result from an  excessive increase in body fat or from intense  muscle gain.

2 easy steps below to heal your stretch marks

1.Massage with oil:

One of the greatest ways to treat stretch marks after pregnancy is to massage the skin of your bust, tummy, and hips. A light massage breaks up the scar tissue that results in stretch marks and improves blood flow. In order to minimise friction during the massage and provide your skin with the vitamins and minerals it needs to cure itself, we advise using a healing oil, such as Mustela's Stretch Marks Oil. After putting some oil on your hands, give your abdomen a little massage. Spend two minutes concentrating on this region, reapplying oil as necessary. Once the two minutes have elapsed, proceed to another stretchmarked area and carry out the same procedure. You can consider taking a ten-minute or longer warm bath to aid in healing.

2.Massage with aloevera:

Aloe Vera is well renowned for its ability to treat sunburns. It's not limited to sunburns, though. Aloe vera calms your skin and generally aids in  healing. Furthermore, the kind of aloe vera gel you  usually buy at your neighbourhood supermarket is not what we're talking about. We are discussing fresh gel, or gel derived  directly from the aloe vera plant. To use aloe vera gel to cure stretch marks,  follow these instructions: Straight over your stretch marks, apply the gel. After using the aloe vera gel for fifteen minutes, rinse it off with lukewarm water. Apply twice daily, as required.
