Increase water intake

Perhaps it's not just about what you eat but also about what you drink and don't drink. Make an effort to drink more water throughout the day.

Don't drink energy drinks, packed drinks etc. Take fruit juices which is full vitamins and minerals.

Physical activities to do

Do small exercise for a week. Continue the workout for week then you feel something fresh. Go for walk and Don't sit on one place and eating snacks.

Do some sit ups, push ups easy, squats, and go for a bicycle ride.
