How to protect our body?

Every one of us should take care of our body every day and only then we can survive for a long time.  Apart from that, we have to make many changes in our eating habits. 

We should take the right amount of food that we eat every day, we should make sure that it contains a lot of protein and fiber because they help our body to be healthy.

Our forefathers mentioned about the food habits that we can eat at that time and we should look at it and take proper care of our body because in the morning we should drink water on an empty stomach and after some time we should eat healthy foods boiled in water.

When we wake up in the morning, when we take a bath in cooling water, the body heat in our body decreases and our body comes to balance, through which all the heat in our body are likely to decrease. We should drink more water every day.

We should eat foods that are high in protein in our daily meals, we should eat food items like milk, eggs, vegetables, fruits, only then our body will get the necessary water nutrients and protein nutrients in our body, through which our body will help our body to grow, because by taking all these things properly, our Increases immunity in the body.. 

We should reduce oily foods. We can prevent diseases in our body by reducing fatty foods. We should avoid fast foods. Apart from that we should reduce the food items that can be cooked in oil and we should add more items like greens. 

We should also note down the food items that we have cooked so that our life will be prolonged by keeping note of its quantity. 

We should do daily exercises like yoga meditation. Only then our body and mind will be in balance through which we will be able to get the physical health necessary for our life and we will be able to live longer..
