How to overcome FRUSTRATION

Hey guys ..

Now what is "Frustration" actually I can give you 1000 of scientific defination for this but what it actually ? I think it's nothing more than a slow poison to us if we are suffering from this .. So as you open this article to read I think you are suffering from this too my dear friend .. 

No matters what's the reason ..

Like frustrated from job , study , unemployment issues , family issues .. or more over from your relationship issues .. It's worst to facing all of this as I suffered this for a long time I can imagine how you are going through .. then the point is how to overcome this and move on too our normal life ... 

Here is some simple answer to analysis .. and some common solutions for this ..

1. Analysis the situation what we are facing off ... Search for alternative way to solve it .. I know that's you are doing too ... But what you guys actually doing in the name of analysis ... You are just thinking about it alot like 100 times in a day ... That's why it's become stress to frustration .. actually you are not searching for the solutions .. you are just thinking about your situation ...

Always keep in mind dude ... Thinking bout a matter again and again never reflect u too the right path ... It's just make a well too stuck inside .. so stop thinking bout situation and go for your solutions ..

2. Never take advice from a person who is also facing such conditions and depressed af ? . Yes ... You read it right ... Dude .. a frustrated person will involve you together in it ... Go to the right person who can conflict about his answer be like what to do next .

3. Enjoy the social life .. yupp I know you guys are feeling bored af from your life lazzyness is become part of your life now . Move on from it hang out with people meet them catch them ...Just try to avoid your self to interact with the situation you are coming from 

4. Cleanness .. clean your room your house by yourself .. let the positive energy enters to your room ..

5. Try to smile .. ? yupp it's quite funny for you too read now realize are you smiling now... And how do u feel do u remember what just happens ... For couple of sec. You forget why you come to read this .. so smile ever as long .

6. Maintain your health 

7. Exercise , workout , running  this will keep you in right mood all day ..
