Weak memory is cause of many disease. Sometimes you can't remember many things due to tiredness of your brain. for exaple: violets, keys, paper and othe things of need. Some people forget names of different persons, and other such kind of brain weaknesses. 

But our brain is completed that's why some important suggestions here for you to best growth of your brain.

  1. Make it your habit early to bed and early to rise.
  2. Remove your all bad things, sorrows, tensions and anger before you sleep and make your mind relax and cool down to sleep as well.
  3. Chose and ventilatd place to sleep cause oxygen is much importatnt to your brain. 
  4. Must take exercise after wakeup and take long breath, it will make your mind refresh cause oxygen is like a diet of your brain. 
  5. Games are much important for children even for older and younger and for all ages, so never avoid game and always participate in all kind of games to still healthy and fitted while life.
  6. Games are like exercise of your brain, as body exercise makes your body fitted and healthy same as games makes your brain strong and powerful and active as well.
  7. Always take best and fresh food. Specifically vegetables and salad part of your daily diet cause fresh and healthy diet makes your brain also healthy and fresh.
  8. never let you fall in diabetes, blood pressure and most importatnt is tension. Cause such kind of diabetes damage your brain so if ever your fall in such kind of any disease so take good and early treatment cause if you avoid it, it will damage your brain day by day even you reach at the non recoverable position, so be careful on time. 
  9. You should make a dairy for your daily routine and should write it everyday.
  10. Try to be cool always and try to avoid anger and sadness, cause it burns and damage our brain's tissues. So be happy always, problems will passed away at last.
