How to make poori in 10 minutes

To make this recipe,

add 1 cup water to a mixing bowl.

Add 1 tsp of Unroasted Rava

Add 1 tsp of Sugar Sugar

is optional You can skip it if you don't like it Add Salt as per taste

Add 1 tsp of Oil Mix it well Rava will make the poori crispy Also when we add sugar It will look shiny and colorful Now add 1 cup of Wheat Flour

1 cup of Maida Flour Add a little milk.I have added about 1 14 cup of milk. Add and mix well. If you don't want to add maida flour, you can use wheat flour. In shops, they mix maida flour. That's why I have used the same method today. Press it well and give it a pressure like this to make a soft dough. The more you knead the dough, the more perfect the poori will

After kneading well, apply some oil on your hands and knead again. It should be hard. Only then the poori will rise well. Similarly, it will be like that for a long time. See, it should be kneaded well like this. You can knead it until it becomes soft even if you put it on the countertop of the kitchen. Now see, it is kneaded well. It should be like this. Now it's been half an hour. The dough is set well. Make a cylinder shape like this and make small balls out of it. Make small balls out of it. Look, this size is enough. Make sure there are no cracks. Similarly, make small balls out of the remaining dough.

Make sure the dough is covered. I have taken some wheat flour in a plate. Dip it in the flour and place it on the puri mold. Now roll it into a puri shape. Try to roll it in a round shape. Only then the puri will rise well. It will look beautiful. It shouldn't be too thick and it shouldn't be too thin at the same time. In the same way, we can roll out all the remaining dough like poorl. If we roll it out already, it will be easier to fry in oil. Similarly, we roll out the wheat flour like this. Then even if we

keep one on top of the other, the poori won't stick to each other.

So roll out all the dough in advance.

After that, heat the oil and fry it. Then

only it will be easy. Okay, in the same way, we can make all the dough balls intopoori shape. Now, heat the oil. Boil the oil to the extent of deep frying. After the oil

is heated well, place the stove in medium flame and put the poori Int

After putting it, press it like this using ladle. See, how it is floating.

When you pour hot oil on the poori, it will come out like this. If not, you can press it

as I do. Now flip it on both sides and take it out when it is fully cooked. If it is fullycooked, the oil will settle down. There won't be any bubbles. When it is like that,

we can take it out. It looks like a shiny

puri that you get in the shops, right?

It is very easy to make a perfect puri. Use the measurements and method that I have told you. You can also make puri like the ones in the shops. Now it is fully cooked and the color has changed. Let's take it out now. That's it. A perfect puri. We can make it easily. Similarly, we can fry all the remaining dough.Every time you add poori in oil, the oil should be very hot, only then the poori will rise well. If the oil is less hot, the poori will definitely not rise. Keep the stove on medium flame, turn it on both sides and cook until golden brown. Similarly, even if the dough is very loose, the poori will not rise

That's why measurements and methods are very, very important.
