How to make onion juice for hair

Onion adds a different taste and aroma to our food. I don't think any woman would think of cooking without onions in her kitchen. Pink and white onions are as pleasing to see as they are delicious to eat. It is used in every royal meal. It enhances the color, taste, and nutritional value of the food. But while cutting it, the eyes start watering; it seems as if we are crying. But no matter how many tears come out of our eyes while cutting it, we still do not stop using it or say that we cannot stop it. Weeping tears from the eyes, we cut it because we know that onion will give a different look, taste, aroma, and health to our food.

 

How to use onion

1-Although it is beneficial to use onion in any form, it is still more beneficial to include it in a salad. More than this, quercetin comes into our body, which is healthy for health.

While using it, we keep on removing many layers of its peel. 2-Onions have many layers. But the outer layers of onions have more flavonoids. Therefore, if you want to take maximum advantage of the nutrients of onion, then peel at least its layer. Since removing the thin layer destroys a lot of flavonoids, imagine if you remove the thick layer, you will remove the flavonoids along with the tears from the eyes.

 

For the nutritional elements of onion to come in the right quantity in the soup, the soup must be cooked on medium flame. 3-It is said that grains, vegetables, fruits, etc., should not be cooked on the flame for a long time. Because by over-cooking, the nutrients present in the food item start getting destroyed. But whenever onions are boiled for a long time to make soup, the quercetin present in it gets transferred to the water instead of being destroyed, and a very nutritious soup is prepared.

 

Benefits of onion

1-Prevent Ulcers:
Free radicals present in onions protect against stomach problems and ulcers. Consumption of onion is very beneficial in eliminating gastric ulcers (stomach ulcers).

2-Reduce Infections:
Onion has the property of increasing immunity. This enables the body to fight against any disease. It also helps in preventing infection. Onion is a natural antibiotic, antiseptic which always keeps you away from infection.

 

3-Increase immunity:
The phytochemicals and vitamin C present in onions increase the body's immunity. It protects us by fighting many diseases

4-Prevent cancer:
Daily consumption of onion increases immunity to avoid cancer. It protects against all types of cancer like colorectal and ovarian cancer. About half a cup of onion should be consumed daily.

 

5-Increase digestion power:
Due to the consumption of onion, digestive juices start producing in the body in more quantity, which prevents disturbances indigestion. Ouch! Consumption of onion not only enhances the taste but also helps in increasing digestion power. Due to this, diseases related to the stomach also start getting destroyed.
6-Keep eyes healthy
Green onions are rich in vitamin A, which is beneficial in removing eye problems and protecting the body from diseases caused by vitamin A deficiency.

 

7-Brighten skin:
If you want glowing, radiant skin, then start consuming and using onions. Onions are rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, which are beneficial for the skin.

8-Reduce menstrual discomfort:
Onion consumption is also beneficial to reduce the discomfort in women during menstruation. Consuming onions in the early days of menstruation helps reduce the problems that occur during the menstrual cycle by regularizing them.

 

9-Increase memory:
The phytochemicals present in onions make the brain strong. It controls the nervous system and helps in improving memory.

10-Eliminate eye pain:
Putting onion juice in the form of medicine is beneficial in watery eyes or reduced eyesight. Mixing onion juice with rose water and putting a few drops in the eyes also removes the problem of the eyes.

11-Enhance beauty
By making a paste of onion juice with turmeric, facial scars also start to fade, and the skin of the face starts glowing, and your beauty starts increasing.

 

12-Avoid irritation:
If you have a burn mark on the skin, apply onion juice; the marks will start going away in a few days. Applying onion juice immediately on any burn reduces the burning sensation.

13-Extremely beneficial for hair:
Applying onion juice to the root of the hair reduces hair breakage and fall. It also protects against hair lice. Onion juice should be used in the hair at least twice a week. It makes hair healthy and strong.

 

14-Protect from bee stings:
It would be exciting to know that onion juice protects you from bee stings. Do not panic if you are suddenly bitten by a bee. Apply onion juice to that place immediately and see that you will be away from that problem in a short time.

 

Disadvantages of Onion

1-Eating too much onion causes problems like pain in the abdomen. Therefore, people suffering from the problem of stomach pain should reduce their consumption of onions.

2-Pregnant women should reduce the consumption of raw onions as it can cause problems like burning and vomiting.

3-If you are eating a raw onion, then you will have difficulty digesting it. Due to which you may have problems with heartburn and acidity, as well as gas problems.

4-Eating raw onions also cause bad breath in your mouth.
