How to maintain your moisture and beauty when you have high blood sugar?

If you have blood sugar /diabetes then it is very important for you to maintain your moisture. Otherwise, you start appearing old at a young age and you reach the verge of death and many times the patient also dies. Blood sugar /diabetic patients should take care not only of their health but also of their skin. Because the effect of an increase in blood sugar /diabetes is also seen on your skin with time. If the level of blood sugar/diabetes is high, then your skin starts looking dry and lifeless.

  The risk of itching, cracks, tearing or dryness increases. Due to increase in sugar level, problems like ringworm, scabies, itching and dark circles under the eyes can occur in diabetic patients. The skin generally becomes thick. The skin on the back of the hands, fingers and toes becomes thick or swollen. Goes away or becomes like wax. Black spots or patches appear on the back, neck, and arms, which gradually begin to grow and appear like bands. Red, yellow, and brown patches start appearing on the skin, which look very bad and unsightly.

1. Using moisturiser:-

If you are suffering from blood sugar/diabetes then moisturize your skin and also make changes in your daily routine in such a way that your skin remains moisturized. For blood sugar/diabetic patients, the best time to moisturize the skin is right after bathing and you should also moisturize your skin during the day and evening. Instead of lotion, you can use creams and ointments to remove dryness of the skin, this will keep your skin moisturized for a long time will not become dry quickly, and will remain nourished for a long time. Also, whenever you come in contact with water, use moisturizer. Apart from all this, you can also moisturize your skin with milk cream at night or raw milk in the morning.

2 Apply sunscreen:-
         
If you are suffering from blood sugar /diabetes then it would be better to use 40 SPF sunscreen on your skin. It protects the skin from getting rough or tan. Be sure to do a patch test before using sunscreen. Do not think that sunscreen is needed only in the summer season; a patient suffering from high blood sugar/diabetes needs to use it in every season.

3. Take a healthy diet /balanced diet:-

Stay away from things containing trans fat or do not consume these food items. Consume or eat seasonal fruits and vegetables. You can drink coconut water, juice, or salty lass. Avoid alcohol, tea, and coffee.

4 Set up screen-friendly shops

One should avoid using deodorant soap or body wash for bathing and use simple water. Use of deodorant, soap, or body wash affects the pH value of the body, which later becomes difficult to maintain. skin friendly deodorant soap or body wash or herbal soap should be used. Apart from this, one should not use too much body wash or herbal soap on the skin.

5 Do not bathe with hot water:-

If you are suffering from blood sugar diabetes then you should avoid bathing in hot or rainy water. Even in winter, one should not take bath with very hot water.
