How to lose weight

Hy! This is my first article and i found this topic most essential because todays most of people's have lost thier real body shape because of over eating or drinking cold drinks.you can eat as more as you want but the food is need to be diet friendly. Like watermelon, cucumber,apple and more natural things like these.

You need to drink alots of water 14 to 15 glasses are essential while your weight lose journry.

If your daily routine is very busy.if you get tired quickly because of work so exercise is not that important.you just have to take care of your diet.but your full day is free then a little bit exercise is essential.losing weight is not as difficult as we think if you did it once you will get in the habit of being health conscious  which is absolutely great.

Your breakfast is need to be heavy but weight lose friendly like two boiled eggs and green tea with brown breads.and then if you feel hungry you can eat fruits like apple and you can also eat cocumber .if you make your routine of drinking one lemon in boiled water a day you gonna lose weight super quickly.

2000 calories per day don't bring you fat but more than 2000 are harmful to your body. Try to walk more and more it can burn your calories.

And try to drink alots of water but boiled cold can also help you but boiled is perfect water purifi your body and beneficial for skin even every weight lose diet is beneficial for skin . your body shape is most affective thing to your personality if it is in shape your personality can absolutely warm out.

So they are some kind of tips that will help you to lose your weight and they all are experienced by me i hope they will help you too.
