It is as simple as it sounds but all one has to do is to loose that excess fat out to satisfy himself.If one is happy with how he looks or thinks about him , he /she honeslty doesnt have to think about any changes to them.

A simple habit to take care can change whole lifestyle of a person.

Yes you read it right , a simple habit of chewing your food for 32 or more times can change your whole habit as the food that you are consuming not only gets grind completely in your mouth but the amount you have intaken is also bought to your notice so the excessive eating reduces automatically.

Other simple ways to control your weight or reduce weight are :

  1. Motivate yourself that you want to get into shape.
  2. Reduce your intake ,dont stop your intake !. Reduce the proportions of intake and get it to minimum .
  3. If you cant control your eating, Control your workout and start working out more.
  4. By work out it necessary doesnt mean that you have to work in gym , it refers to starting with a simple walk or yoga early morning and later brisk walking and increasing the exercises day by day and start working out by looking and learning from various videos uploaded by proffessionals and improving yourself.
  5. Make sure you eat like a king in early morning and reduce your intake to minimals in evening and avoid eating excessive at night.
  6. Avoid foods cooked outside and prefer home cooked food and especially raw fruits and vegetables.
  7. Prefer luke warm water and warm food freshly cooked rather than pre prepared food to be warmed and eaten.
  8. Try these following and feel the confidence and then move ahead and no more looking back !
