How to keep yourself safe and safe from the corona virus-19

Sit in the appropriate posture for meditation. Common postures are Siddhasana, Padmasana and Swastikasana. But if you can't do it, just sit cross-legged. Your back should be straight and eyes closed. Your knees should be well placed on the ground. Do not keep your shoulders backwards. The entire body should be relaxed and the entire frame should be stabilized without exhaling any stretching or pressure on the thighs, legs, knees, spine or neck. There should be no stretch on tension along the abdominal wall. Move the abdominal wall slowly back and forth and walk very smoothly and effortlessly with each respiration. The facial muscles should be relaxed and the mouth closed with a small gap between the two jaws so that the upper and lower teeth do not pressurize each other.

 

 

Meditation is the most important practice to calm the mind. A calm mind can lead a healthy, happy and successful life. It can cure diseases and speed up healing processes. We describe a simple technique called prana-dharana. In Sanskrit, prana stands for the air we breathe. It is the most basic function of life that starts at birth and goes on till death. But generally, we do not know about the breath until our attention moves closer to it. Dharana means awareness of it. Prana-drana means to engage the mind with the flow of air while breathing. The method is described below:

 

 

All your posture should be comfortable, steady and relaxed. You should not feel stretched on any part of the body. Now start developing breathing awareness. The flow of air should be uniform, slow and smooth. Do not make any effort nor have any control. Never hold your breath. Do not pronounce any word nor see any image. This will calm your mind and help you attain peace.
