In fact, we don't want to do that. The causes of laziness are often hidden from us, but the consequences are often catastrophic.  Once you've discovered the reason for your laziness, start paying attention. For example, when you feel tired, rest for a while. Old habits are hard to break, but small steps can lead to new and better habits.

 Sometimes our thinking causes our behavior, sometimes our behavior causes our thinking. If you have negative thoughts like 'I can't do this, I'm too lazy' ... then get rid of such thoughts immediately and turn to positivity and change your mental positivity. Therefore, you should choose goals that maximize your abilities and skills. your goals must be achievable and also encouraging. Make a what to-do list and prioritize it over time and importance. If you make a long list of tasks, many tasks are completely ignored. Dividing your tasks into daily, weekly, and yearly tasks can be the best way to avoid laziness.

List of desires, goals and motivations

  If you really want to avoid being lazy and keep yourself active, you should make a list of all the desires you want to fulfill and paste it in a place where your eyes will always be on it. As a result, your passion for fulfilling your dreams will continue to grow and you will continue to work on good direction.

Create discipline

 Set a time to complete your goals and stick to the set time. Make yourself punctual, even if you have to work a little harder. That way, you don't have to worry about it.
