How To Get More Traffic To Your Blog

How To Get More Traffic To Your Blog

You're trying to get more traffic to your personal blog and your other personal blogs on Google, but how do you do that?

You have done everything right up until now, but are still getting no traction in terms of traffic or visitors to your personal blog. That is why it is so important to use these tips from the top blogger's guide for all of your personal websites.

How Much Do I Need On My Personal Website, And Who Is The Right Person For This Role?

A lot depends on which you already own your website. If you decide this route when starting a new job search, having a personal website can be your first step towards finding the best opportunities out there for you. There are many other aspects to look for in your prospective employer. They want to find an employee with qualities, not only technical skills, but one who wants to work and fit into their culture.

When choosing your first boss, consider what they like/dislike about when reviewing resumes and determining who will be hiring next. Does the person value transparency with employees and colleagues, and how involved is this person in company decision-making processes?

Who Are Their Customers, And What Do They Want From Them And Why?

You may already know that most companies have some minimum requirements for applicants. Some include experience, education and education level. However, there are other factors that determine a candidate for a position.  These include previous positions, previous customers (if applicable), previous client testimonials, previous customer recommendations, testimonials by others, etc.

To figure out whether a potential employee could help you succeed and grow, ask yourself a series of questions. Here are some good ones:

What type of customer would you like to work with? If it doesn't specify a gender, try describing "a human." A person who comes across as a friend is more likely to hire you than a man who looks at you at face value because she has been through the experience of working closely with others before, and she has done her research. Look at how you already connect with people. Have you written articles about different topics that interest you? Or have you found some content and used it to write about? Would you like to continue using that content and share it with others? Find reviews online and talk to them to see if they are positive about your abilities. It's also wise to visit sites that allow you to post reviews for products or services. One word of caution, though. Be sure to check if someone else has posted some sort of negative review about the product. Ask specific questions to interview an agent, manager or marketing professional. Do they like to take time away from work? Do they like to travel? Are they able to adjust to life without much effort? Can they maintain a healthy diet? Is there anything else I should consider asking the business owner?

Let's say one of these qualities is desirable. Now, what is a person like you that is considered ideal for the role. Think back to what you wanted to do and if you had any idea of how to get started. You might think that being a writer isn't for you, but you haven't researched for the role enough, so I am just going to guess. Perhaps you are simply looking for a way to make money and get that extra bit of freedom and flexibility you've always wanted. Maybe you've already decided that being a freelance writer is your dream job.

   Some questions to ask include:

Do they spend money for advertising? Were their ads seen anywhere on social media? Did advertisements appear in print?

Do they accept payment for an article?

What is their opinion on my brand? When was the last online mention of me? What type of content is better for a business?

How easy is it to follow me on Twitter? What social network profiles does my business use?

What kind of blog is this person using? Why? Which types of products do they want, etc.?

What is their budget? What is their goal? What problems are they trying to solve, and how are they doing that?

What do they enjoy doing? Have they previously worked in public relations? What type of training is best for them?

What do you enjoy sharing? If I'm posting on a topic that interests me, why? What is your favorite thing to read? What are the stories that bring meaning to you?

What do they dislike about working in sales? Has anything happened over the years?

What motivates them? Are they satisfied with the salary?     Are there issues?

What motivates me to stay in the industry? Let's take a shot at everyone:

What motivates me to be successful, in other words: Do I enjoy what I do? Am I capable of handling whatever stress I may encounter? If not, how do I handle that? Do I have the drive or motivation to keep going? Is there anyone who can push me aside to help me succeed? Or is that something that needs to happen to motivate me while keeping me happy?

What motivates the rest of us to be successful? Is our success the result of our efforts or luck? What are some of our biggest goals? Can we reach our targets? Once again, we're going to go all-in on selflessness and give advice without providing specific information.

What drives you to work hard? What motivates you to improve your craft? Have you ever made mistakes? Had setbacks? Have you learned from past "experience"? Tell stories of growth, and what kept you motivated? Write a list for each.

What motivates managers to recognize their talent? Are there any specific roles and compensation packages they desire to offer? What inspires other managers to recognize their worth, even though their pay isn’t high? Could it be something else? Again, it is key to dig deep into what motivates you and then write down a list of things you look forward to seeing and doing. Keep in mind, writing lists also helps you to remember some key themes or patterns that inspire you for a specific job.

What motivates employers to hire? Is there something they appreciate about us? Is there a reason for me to want the job? If there are several reasons, why does my manager care?

What motivates me to stay in the industry? Is it a paycheck? Do I enjoy working in the field? Has any of the following happened in the past year? Have I been fired or lost a job since joining? Have I had any difficulty setting up my home office? Was there a deadline I wasn't able to meet? If the answers to these questions aren't clear, try again with another.

What motivates me to stay in the industry? Is it a paycheck? Have I enjoyed what I do? Was there a deadline I couldn't meet? Did I lose a job due to COVID, but fortunately it didn't impact my ability to work from home? Is there something else that makes me feel challenged and inspired?

What motivates employers to hire? Something else that causes them to understand me? How did we get here? What motivates me to stay in the industry? What motivates employers to hire? What motivates employers to hire? What motivates employers to hire?

What motivates employers to hire me? Tell your story as well as what motivates employers. Work on why you decide to leave your current job, and then tell how they made you leave. Include why you got the job or leave the company.     Make sure you don't just repeat your old job description.  Create a narrative that shows how far you have come, as well as everything changed about your situation. Talk about how this journey has brought joy to your life. Say you got a promotion at work, but only to discover that the pay increase is less. Now you are stuck between wanting to take full advantage of your raise and feeling confused about where you stand financially. Then you might say you hate the income inequality, but now you realize they exist.  Now you finally have a sense of purpose. Now you can pursue your dreams of becoming an artist or author, or maybe even a musician. If you can show what makes you tick in the job you are pursuing, you will be able to convince employers to work with that ambition and commitment.
