How to detox yourself when you are addicted to gaming

Games !! Ha .. They have become an easy way to escape from the real world and get into an artificial world were you try to prove yourself you are the best! 

Well gaming is an interesting thing to do . You can  play games but not for a long time where you forget about the real world where you live in . People now a days are so engrossed in gaming that they do not fear of the side effects they might get due to it. 

If you are a student gaming should not be done more than an hour per day . If your source of income is gaming then it's  your hardwork that pays off! 

There are tons of ways for you to get out of that computer , phone or device of yours in which you are playing and take part in other things which give you benefits. You can engage yourself with few physical activities like jogging in the early morning , playing sports , studying for a while , reading books . What it does is that you see how the things are around you . You definitely won't regret this than regretting the time you wasted on playing games. 

You can see the change in yourself very quickly and you will enjoy not playing any games . 

So what I request you all is that decrease the time you spend on playing useless games when you have the capability to Gamingdo something for yourself , your family and friends which makes everyone proud!
