How to convert our Depression into Happiness

Depression is a common and serious mental illness that negatively affects how you feel.

Depression is very common in life, but people get a mistake in depression. They commit wrong suicide.They did not think about their loved ones. Now-e-days Covid-19 is spreading, and people are at their houses. So, People are more Depressed. To overcome Depression and bring back happiness on our face we should do our favorite thing.we should share our depression problem with others like friends and family or someone you like. To overcome depression, we do running, Medications, and others.You should ask you what thing I want. You like traveling, Eating food and Studying novel, etc. we should do that to overcome our depression. To overcome this, we can meet the motivational speaker and some special children and special men to know how life is beautiful.when you meet them you recognize how life is beautiful.life means problem and how you face it.you should face it by courage.to overcome this, you can share your thoughts to other people that means psychiatrist. you feel better and you will be happy.I am also suffering from depression.all-day just stay at home and do nothing and not meet your friend is very difficult and it becomes you depressed but I stay happy. I know this period of time will soon finish and I can live my life as past.

To overcome Depression,we should sleep on time,Develop a support strong network that would help to reduce stress level.Develop good nutrition to immune your body well.you will stay fit otherwise you feel weakness. You become ill.you should keep up with household chores. It will help you to stay happy and you understand much your mother work. Don't think negative always think positive. you think positive so something positive happened.you should avoid procrastination and create a wellness tool.you should go for picnic with your loved ones.you should surely enjoy your life.if you are a student,you should take a break of day and a half to be happy and become your mind fresh. It will make you more active in studies. you need to stay fit and happy in depression and leave everything on GOD.So, GOD do better for us for sure.

You are stronger than Depression. Depression comes in everybody's life. But they will not lose hope.they will fight and Win again depression and they say goodbye to depression.you should do the same against depression. stay positive and stay healthy.you should listen to music in depression-like motivation music that will give you hope in life and hope to fight against depression.I also listen to motivational music and comedy movies when I am depressed in my life.so, you should do the same.you should make a schedule in which you are busy in your life and you will never think negatively and your negative thought will never come.you will stay fit and healthy and sleep well.  You should be relax.you should do relaxation to relax your body and positive thoughts will come and you stay happy.you should go for new places with your friends. I am sure by this your depression period will end. You will be happy and be happy in life.GOD will help you to fight against depression and stay blessed.
