How to change bad habits into good habits?

WHAT IS HABIT?

Habits are an easy way to manage our routine properly and increase our brainpower. Our sub-conscious mind takes responsibility for the work we have to do every day. And we remember that work at the right time and we do that work. That works gradually gets into our habits.

1. If we think somewhere that we have had to get up early tomorrow. But the next day we can not get up. But let us start our brain work slowly. And if we try for a few days. We will start getting up early in a few days. Some days there will be trouble, But we will slowly Get up early in the morning.

2. If we have to do something big. And we order the brain to do that work, It will not do it. But we start the same work a little every day, then our work will be done. 

3. Will power helps every human being to move forward, We can count on our will power. We have to increase our mini habits and we have to do every work with the confident, Then we will be able to trust ourselves more.

4. You change your habits many times instead of changing your rewards. It becomes difficult to change some habits in life, but you can change your habits by focusing on things like your will power. 

5. Habits have great importance in our life. Everyone wants to give up some habits. Whatever situation we are in is due to our habits. Our images make our image and personalities.

6. The work that we do repeatedly, it gets in our habits. We cannot remove the habit of our lives. We should always start with good habits and rewards ourselves after its completion. You will feel better by doing this. Many times we cannot control bad habits, but we can gradually change them into good habits.

7. Habits are behavior and challenging that we learn from ourselves and someone else's behavior.

9. Many of us change and move forward but do not want to lose our identity so they are not able to achieve much.

MINI HABITS

Example:-

When you are trying to quit smoking. If you ask any smoker then he will tell you when he needs smoking then he is ready to go to any extent to get it. So in this situation, you have to it that you can give a response to this habit, but you can change these habits by chewing anti-smoking chewing gums in some other ways.

STORY:-

This is a story of 6 people. Those who are blind. One day they are going all the way. So an elephant stands before them. After this, he gets his hands. And give their own opinion. As follows

1. The 1st blind hands the elephant's ears' and says that the elephant resembles a thick blanket.

2. The 2nd blind hands his teeth and says the elephant is a sharp animal.

3. The 3rd blind hands his foot and say that it looks like the trunk of a tree.

4. The 4th blind feels his stomach and says that it looks like a wall.

5. The 5th blind hands his tail and says that it looks like a rope. 

6. The 6th blind hands his head and says that it looks like a rock.

Lesson:-

Everyone has their own ideas in this story. And everyone is right with his words. because everyone has given their views on different places. Similarly, there are many many types of people in the world. And everyone has their own opinion. If seen, It is also correct. Because this is an opinion on some particular place.
