So, follow healthy habits that add value to your hours, days, and life. Spend time outdoors, eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, quit smoking, put away your cell phone, work hard. Pray often and get enough sleep.


8. Look Outside Yourself

It is a matter of course for us to find ourselves. We do not need to be reminded to pursue our own interests. We work for personal survival, personal development, self-realization, and personal improvement as if it were programmed into our genes. But the most effective method is lasting happiness. 

And satisfaction means not only considering one's own interests, but also the interests of others. When we change our focus on ourselves, we will lead a more meaningful life and contribute more to it.
