How to be Happy?

What is happiness?

Happiness is nothing but just a state of mind. This is the key definition of happiness. When you think you are happy, happy you are happy and when you think you are not happy, you are not happy at that moment. As simple as that.

Then what is the best way to be happy because it is also not possible to think happy all the time?

Well, the answer is, just make a goal to be happy in any case. Now I understand clearly that this is life and this is full of challenges not for me and you only. It is equal challenging for every human being on this planet. This is the way of life. You can never settle all the things. You will realize you settled one problem and two new arise. This is how it works. So be ready for challenges and do some simple steps daily.

Step 1.

Think daily about what you have. 

I guess you think daily about the list of things that you do not have right now and planning very hard to achieve those things. Think, plan and take required actions to achieve these things but for make a balance think twice a day what you have right now. It may be a small house, a bicycle, a sweet relationship or some things you had planned earlier and now you own it. It going to give you a huge change. Try it and feel the richness that you have.

 

Step 2.

Think about your relationship and the people you have in your life. Remember one thing my friend, things give you a temporary smile and you think that is happiness but real happiness comes from the people, not things.

Remember those relationships daily.

Step 3.

This is the most important step. Read it carefully. In your busy life just steal your half-hour daily to process all the steps mentioned above. Just sit in some quiet place and start thinking about what you have and in a fully conscious way. After 15 minutes, you will find some awesome energy. Now it is time to be happy. Do not wait to be happy. Just be happy. Happiness is all yours.
