In our life we must be active physically and mentally to face our problem, to happy life, to develop and to good health. We must be completely active, I mean both physically and mentally.                                                                                 

If we shall not be active physically and mentally then a small work will be so difficult to us.To be active physically and mentally the combination of our body and our mind is too need. If our mind and our body will not combined to each other then, we shall not be active. In this situation anything will be difficult to us.

 

How to be active mentally

Sometimes our body be active but our mind doesn't be active, in this situation we do not be active physically and mentally because of both part our mind and our body are not combined to each other. That time anything be difficult to us.

Whenever you feel that only your body is active but your mind is not active, in this situation your body will be ready to work but your mind will not allow to work. That time you take action physically to your work, after some time your mind will be active and will start to work.

 

How to be active physically

Sometimes our mind is active but our body is not active. In this situation our mind be ready to work but our body does not allow to work. That time our body and our mind are not combined to each other.

 

Whenever you feel that your mind is ready to work but your body does  not allow to your work. That time you take action mentally, I mean you allow to work yourself. After some time your body will be active and will start to work, because of your body and your mind are combined to each other.
