How self motivation helps to even cope up with most difficult times of your life?

All of you would surely agree that each of us has been accustomed to this word, ie. Self Motivation. Have you ever wondered when unforeseen situations or difficulties surround us, we often neglect our potential of remaining self-motivated in every aspect of life?

Let's look for some of the ways which would help us to build self-motivation:

1.Think positive:)

       The power of positivity is immense; these are few words heard by each of us; when applying this in real "not reel" life, we lose. We start foreboding situations, making them even more complex for our minds to tackle. 

It is truly said:

"The way you think is the way you feel."

2.Meditation is a must:)

      Any change in one's lifestyle is not acceptable to many, but people who cannot control themselves in difficult situations, for them, it is the need of the hour to start meditating.

       If you are one of them, spending even  5 to 10 minutes on meditation every day would help to relax your distressed mind; it would also rejuvenate every nerve of yours to stay calm and take the right decision at the right time.

3.Never sit idle:)

You might have heard this saying: "Empty mind is devil's House."

It's indeed very true because the brain started focussing on irrelevant thoughts, your devastating past, or situations when you were heartbroken; all this creates mental tension, which is hazardous for your health.

       Try to be busy with some work all the time, as it's better to learn something when you are idle than to lose something, i.e. your health.

4.Set Goals every day :)

Setting goals makes you think how one can avoid trivial problems that arise due to their own deeds. One can strive to remove oneself's apprehensive nature by allowing the mind to pay full concentration on achieving small goals.

         Incomplete tasks, making bad decisions, racing thoughts or constant worry, and many more like these are some of the deeds that create trouble for us; we only create it for ourselves. Goal setting keeps the mind busy all the time; we should prioritize goals like

1.most important 

2.less important 

3.least important 

        In this way, properly systematizing your daily tasks makes you gradually an organized person; as soon as you start transforming yourself this way, this would surely reduce the number of transient problems coming in your path in your day to day life.

5.Stop Doubting yourself:)

When everyone around you starts doubting you, then you shouldn't get disheartened, but the major concern is when you start doubting yourself. 6.Stay away from negative people:)

It is highly imperative to have positive thinkers worldwide as your company reflects your attitude towards problem-solving. Negative people around you would try always to misguide you even when you are in your difficult times.

But on the other hand, positive people would work like "ghee in the fire" by giving loads of ways to overcome that problem; thus, they provide you with energizing fuel.

        Avoid comparing yourself with others; it just creates feelings of hatred and jealousy; instead, you must start working on your strengths and weak points to improve upon and build self-motivation so that you are gradually able to tackle difficult situations.

Remember, there's always a ray of hope even when situations in our life start becoming adverse, or things start happening just opposite to what we would have never even thought of; here comes the role of inner will power as well as our strong self-motivation. Always keep your mind saying: "All is well," a dialogue inspired from the movie "3 Idiots", it really helps because the mind sends a signal in your body the way you tend to think.

       Don't die of ignorance; start developing habits like meditation and removing self-doubt or any kind of complexity. No matter how tough your circumstances seem, always take note of this that "If God closes one door, he also opens the rest doors."

       It obviously takes time to make a fresh start in our life, which may be including healthy and better lifestyle as well as good habits but in the end,  it seems it was worth investing our time into developing these habits and gradually leading towards a better and satisfactory lifestyle.
